刚刚过去的这个周末，住在唐宁街10号的英国首相苏纳克，日子不太好过。

　　伦敦市中心爆发抗议，数千人冒雨集会要求提前举行大选。其中一名抗议者在接受采访时直言：“我们想摆脱苏纳克。我们想让保守党下台——这是实现改变的唯一途径。”

　　与此同时，英国最大护士工会组织皇家护理学院宣布，未来几周内，该组织成员或将举行全国性大罢工。这也是该组织成立106年以来，首次号召所有成员参与罢工。接下来，学校职工也将就是否罢工进行投票表决。

　　而此时，距离苏纳克正式就任英国首相，不过短短两周时间。

　　这位英国历史上首位印度裔首相上任时曾承诺，会立即纠正前任特拉斯政府犯下的“一些错误”，拯救陷入困境的经济。

　　然而，在英媒看来，苏纳克已犯下诸多错误，一场新的政治风暴正在酝酿中。

　　首先，那些曾经让约翰逊和特拉斯政府头疼的难题仍未得到解决：通货膨胀率突破双位数，生活成本飞涨，英国陷入数十年来最严重的经济困境，多个行业相继出现罢工行动，要求改善薪酬待遇 。

　　其次，苏纳克上台后重新启用丑闻缠身的内政大臣布雷弗曼 ，被认为是他犯下的一个重大错误。布雷弗曼被曝违规使用私人电邮向幕僚传送敏感文件，于特拉斯宣布下台前一天辞职。未料几天后，苏纳克任命她重新出任内政大臣，此举被工党斥为“肮脏交易”。随着布雷弗曼在上任后被曝出更多丑闻，火也就此烧到了苏纳克身上。

　　苏纳克在气候议题上的摇摆不定也引发争议 。此前，他拒绝出席在埃及举行的《联合国气候变化框架公约》第二十七次缔约方大会。但在约翰逊宣布出席会议后，苏纳克突然改口称会前往。英国反对党和环保组织甚至保守党党内人士批评认为，苏纳克政府不够重视气候危机。

　　在内政方面，苏纳克领衔的保守党希望通过缩减公共开支的方式弥补财政缺口 ，而这意味着英国法院积压的数千宗案件可能拖延到2024年审判；10万等待庇护的难民平均要等待480天才能获得审理；国民保健服务(NHS)恐不堪重负；为保守党吸票的养老金“三重锁”承诺甚至可能被推翻。

　　为此，《卫报》评论称，苏纳克向英国承诺一个“乐观的新时代”，但从其过去数日的就任表现来看，最糟糕的情况可能还没有到来。

　　妻子的公司还在俄罗斯赚钱？

　　苏纳克遇到的麻烦，还出在他的富豪妻子阿克莎塔·穆尔蒂身上。

　　英国《卫报》11月4日曝出消息，一家穆尔蒂参股的公司，自半年多以前宣布退出俄罗斯后，仍然在当地运营。 这和英国一直高调宣称的支持乌克兰、制裁俄罗斯的口号背道而驰。

　　这家名为印孚瑟斯（Infosys）的公司由穆尔蒂的父亲参与创立，拥有30多万员工，业务遍及全球50多个国家和地区，是印度第二大IT公司。据称，穆尔蒂持有该公司0.91%的股份，价值6.9亿英镑，每年可以获得数百万英镑的分红。

　　今年4月，该公司曾表示正在关闭在俄罗斯的办公室，但7个月后，《卫报》发现这家公司在俄罗斯首都莫斯科留有一处配备人员的办公室，且仍然在开展业务。

　　更令苏纳克尴尬的是，今年3月，还是英国财政大臣的他，曾经呼吁英国公司减少在俄罗斯的投资，敦促资产所有者和管理者“仔细考虑可能在任何意义上支持普京的投资”。

　　消息一出，英国反对党工党副党首安吉拉·雷纳立即站出来批评苏纳克，称他在向他人宣传时“没能处理好自己的事”，苏纳克一家可能会从对俄业务中获益简直“可耻”。

　　这件事在网络上也引起议论，有网友附和安吉拉·雷纳，认为如果Infosys还在俄罗斯运营，首相夫人应该卖掉自己的股份。

有人指出，穆尔蒂持股不到1%，不足以做出决策，“我不认为她参与了公司的日常运营”。

也有人认为，这是一家印度公司，对印度股东负责，“没有义务为了英国政治关闭任何业务”。

这并不是苏纳克第一次因为Infosys惹上麻烦。

　　今年早些时候，苏纳克及家人的财务状况曾受到严格审查。其妻子穆尔蒂曾利用“非英国税务居籍”的身份逃避在英国交税，数额巨大，引发各方质疑。反对党指责苏纳克一家通过特殊身份逃避英国税收。

　　英国《独立报》此前报道，穆尔蒂2021年从Infosys公司获得的股息收入可能超过1000万英镑。按英国的法律，需要对这部分收入缴纳38.1%的附加税，也就是约400万英镑。

　　最后，此事以穆尔蒂迫于压力，表示将停止其海外收入不在英国纳税的做法告终 ，她表示希望自己的税务状况“不会干扰丈夫”。（转贴）
